Use of Voucher & Discount Codes

Voucher and discount codes offered by CVBCosmetic.pk may be used during checkout by entering the code in the designated field. The discount will be applied to the order total if the code is valid and meets all applicable conditions.

Manual Entry Requirement

All voucher and discount codes must be entered manually at checkout. Discounts are not applied automatically and cannot be added after an order has been placed.

Validity & Expiry

Each voucher or discount code is valid for a limited time and may expire without prior notice.
Codes are generally single-use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Expired or invalid codes cannot be reactivated or replaced.

Non-Transferability

Voucher and discount codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be resold or shared publicly unless permitted by CVBCosmetic.pk.

Promotional & Sale Items

Voucher and discount codes may not be applicable to already discounted, promotional, or clearance items unless clearly stated.
Orders placed using sale or promotional discounts are subject to strict no-exchange and no-refund conditions, except in cases of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product on arrival
- Incomplete package

Order Cancellation & Misuse

CVBCosmetic.pk reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where a voucher or discount code is misused, duplicated, obtained fraudulently, or applied in violation of this policy.

Cosmetics-Specific Disclaimer

Discounted cosmetic products are sold as-is and should be used strictly as directed.
Customers are advised to perform a patch test before full use, especially for skincare, makeup, or beauty products.
CVBCosmetic.pk is not responsible for skin reactions, allergies, or adverse effects resulting from product use or misuse.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Combination Restrictions

Only one voucher or discount code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise. Multiple codes cannot be combined on a single purchase.

Changes & Availability

CVBCosmetic.pk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any voucher or discount code, promotion, or related terms at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

CVBCosmetic.pk shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use, inability to use, or expiration of any voucher or discount code.
