EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Exchange Policy

CVBCosmetic.pk allows exchanges strictly under the conditions outlined below. All requests are subject to verification and approval by our quality assurance team.

Eligibility for Exchange

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Product seal, box, and hygiene packaging must be intact
Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Valid proof of purchase (order number / receipt) is required

Valid Reasons for Exchange

Wrong product delivered
Product received damaged or defective
Incomplete package
Different item received than ordered

Non-Exchangeable Items

Used, opened, tested, or tampered cosmetic products
Sale, discounted, or promotional items
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
Free gifts or complimentary items
Requests made after the allowed exchange timeframe

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and beauty products cannot be exchanged once opened or used, even if dissatisfaction occurs.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

Email us at care@cvbcosmetic.pk within 7 days of delivery
Provide your order number, clear images/videos, and reason for exchange
After approval, further instructions will be shared

Approved exchanges are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchange Timeline

Exchanges are processed within 7–14 working days after product inspection and approval.

Refund Policy

CVBCosmetic.pk does not offer cash refunds.

In approved cases:

The same product may be re-shipped, or
A store voucher of equal value may be issued at our discretion

Store vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used within the specified validity period.

Incorrect Voucher Value

If you believe a voucher amount is incorrect, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.

Cosmetics-Specific Disclaimers

Skin reactions and allergies vary from person to person
A patch test is strongly recommended before full application
CVBCosmetic.pk is not responsible for adverse reactions due to skin conditions, allergies, or misuse
Products are for cosmetic use only and not a substitute for medical or dermatological advice

Product Misuse Disclaimer

Products damaged due to incorrect application, excessive use, exposure to heat, water, or contamination are not eligible for exchange or compensation.

Limitation of Liability

CVBCosmetic.pk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from our store.
