Editing Delivery Address

Customers may update or change their delivery address during checkout before completing the order. Once an order is placed and confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Modifying Delivery Method

It is not possible to change the delivery method after an order has been confirmed. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request cancellation and place a new order with the correct delivery method, subject to product availability.

Changing Items in an Order

Orders can only be modified before confirmation
Once an order is confirmed, items cannot be added, removed, or replaced
CVBCosmetic.pk reserves the right to decline modification requests after confirmation

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not been confirmed or dispatched
Confirmed or dispatched orders cannot be cancelled
CVBCosmetic.pk reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Delivery address
Contact number
Order details

CVBCosmetic.pk is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Products damaged due to misuse, contamination, or improper handling are not eligible for exchange or compensation

Limitation of Liability

CVBCosmetic.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from order modifications, inability to edit confirmed orders, or customer-provided errors.
